My complaint:
Person name Dimitri blamed customers for wrong barcode and very rude refused to accept his mistake.I feel sorry to see that person as store in charge.
I would rate zero star this store.very poor customer service.
I would make to share this store with everyone I meet for next whole year.This my aim I going to teach them a good lesson for insulting customers.I will this message in regina how bad Customer service safeway has.
Suggested solution:
Instead of resolving my complaint they blaming us to change barcodes.
Person name Demitri is very rude person and I feel sorry to see him blaming customer for doing these things.it is clearly store staff mistake but he was blaming customers.
I will make sure to spread this story to each and every person I Meet in regina.
