My complaint:
I paid for a few things at the deli , walked out the doors and was physically stopped by a worker he grabbed my shoulder turned me around and took everything out of my hands i had just purchased it was in the middle of the parking lot with everyone watching , I had to show him the receipt he then gave my stuff back and walked away
Suggested solution:
This happened on December 3rd last year I head back from the store rep one time and they asked if I felt like I needed to be compensated and I told them yes but after that I never heard back I emailed them several times and eventually let it go because I was dealing with a lot at the time and now realizing the severity of it , something needs to be done
