My complaint:
would not honor the coupon buy 1footlong plus drink get a footlong free. the manager stated that they will honor other coupons but not the one i presented.
Suggested solution:
if the store honor any one coupon they should honor them all or don't honor any at all. Also the manager should be able to supply the owner's name and phone number to the customer when asked for it. the manager stated she did not know the owner nor how contact him.I think she lied.Maybe the stores could clearly post a name and phone number to recieved complaints.
