My complaint:

I walked into Safeway on El Camino Real in Redwood City, CA while my mom was parking the car to then meet me inside. I picked up 2 packages of Lysol Wipes and was told by a Safeway team member that I could only grab one. I stated the second package of Lysol wipes was for my mother who was parking the car and meeting me inside Safeway.

I was followed around the Safeway store by this team member while doing my shopping. The team member continued to insist that I had to put back the other package of Lysol wipes. I ignored the team member then proceeded to the cashier to meet my mom and pay for the Lysol wipes. The team member informed the cashier not to sell me the second package of Lysol wipes and only rang me up for one pack.

I paid for the one pack of Lysol wipes and then looked for my mom only to see the Redwood City police entering the store. Several policemen approached me and asked me to follow them outside of the store. As I was walking out of the store one office reached to grab my arms and put me in handcuffs. I handcuffed and informed to sit down. As I was sitting down I noticed my mom walking up to the store and she started yelling at the cops asking why I was in handcuffs.

Long story short, I ended up with multiple bruises on both of my arms from the policemen grabbing me to handcuff me. I ended up with one package of Lysol wipes which I paid for and showed the receipt.
