My complaint:
Why in the world do you make it so hard to shop at your store or any Safeway for that matter? Do you realize the aggravation people have to go through just to get your digital coupons discount, why don’t you just lower the prices for everyone that CHOOSES to shop at Safeway and stop all this foolishness. I have had problems at the register as well as many other people ahead of me which hold up the lines. Please, please, stop the digital coupons and just lower the price for everyone, all we want to do is shop, get good prices and get out of there as we all have other lives to live and many work , and want to get home.
Suggested solution:
Stop the digital coupons and possibly just scan regular coupons for a particular item.
