My complaint:

The online Chat Customer Support agent name is Tiandra is unknowledgeable regarding Ryobi Grass Trimmer Model C430. I asked her to help show me how to remove the trimmer head so I can replace with new one because all the help and support refer to a different head than the one I bought. I ask that I can send her the pictures I took at the Ryobi head is currently attached to my product, but she said she will not know from the picture and tell me to call the 800 number. I told her it’s Ryobi product and you are telling me you do not recognizing your own product? She reiterated the same reply and phone number then cut off the chat which is rude.

Suggested solution:

Train your help desk with your products so they can help resolve issues. There are also helpdesk quality people and there are not.
