My complaint:
I bought Two Return tickets Cagliari- Edinburgh( via Milan Bergamo). I bought as 1 ticket not two separate one. This morning Ryainair cancelled one of the flight ( Milan -Bergamo to Cagliari) . I spent over two hours with as they called Live chat without any solution. They offer to refund only the cancelled flight, but how we are suppose to go back home if they don’t have any flights available. Or to change the flight with additional fee. The point is that I live in Sardinia , I am unable to stay in Milan until the next available flight. Why I have to loose money on this if they are the one who cancelled the flight.
Suggested solution:
I am not asking for the impossible I would like to take my 74 years old mother back home. No money asked just I flights exactly as I bought it on a different date available. Please below the screen shot of the cancellation, the live chat has been cancelled from my account but I saved all of them and I can sent them via email.
