My complaint:
First of all, I didn’t know I must check in online. Second, I couldn’t login my Ryanair account so there was no way for me to check in online. Im 100% sure my password is correct. I just couldn’t login. And when I requested for changing password, it didn’t send me any email to reset my password. So I literally cannot!!!! There is no any reason to charge me punishment when it’s their fault at all!!!
I’ve complained to Ryanair while it didn’t resolve it. Now I’m complaining to complain.biz
Suggested solution:
Refund me the punishment fee of 55 euro!!
