My complaint:
I have been waiting for my refund from Ryanair since April I have emailed them went on live chat twitter special assistance they said they would deal with my refund directly after my MP wrote to them. After weeks of waiting and getting nowhere I asked him to contact them again and he rang the general manager and asked him to sort it out. My daughter is in a hospice on end of life care and is dying I even sent them a photo of her to see if it would gee them up but alas nothing they are an appalling company with no morals or compassion
Suggested solution:
Give me my refund as promised when I rang and Musa one of the agents told me it would be in my credit card within 2-3 weeks
