My complaint:
Dear Ryanair,
This is Agostin Bushgjokaj
I am submitting a complaint regarding my recent flight to Brussels on March 27th.
I had completed online check-in for myself, my wife, and my kids, but the system did not register the check-in for my two children, even though they were included in the same booking.
At Tirana Airport, I was required to pay €55 for airport check-in for the two children, so €110 euro in total.
I believe this was due to a system or technical issue, not my fault.
The same issue happened on my way back from Brussels to Tirana, but there in Brussels they did not charge us.
I kindly request a refund of the €110 paid at Tirana airport.
Please find attached the payment receipt and booking ation.
