My complaint:
I need to change my flight Prague-Milan Bergamo-Porto scheduled for Feb 6th to Jun 4th, however, on the web site I always get an error message that it cannot be done online.
In contacts via chat, I was informed that this is a rare flight called the “golden flight”, and there is no possibility of change. No response via email.
When I made the reservation, I chose and paid the for this option precisely because of any unforeseen event that could happen.
Suggested solution:
Allow me to change the flight for June 4th, Vienna-Marseille-Porto (FR 164 and FR6531) that would suit my needs
