My complaint:
On 7th May 2020, I applied for a refund for my tickets reservation number H5THGZ however, 27 working days have gone and I have not received the refund. The flight was cancelled.
Please, find in attachment screenshot of the refund application form.
Suggested solution:
I expect that I will receive the refund ASAP.
