My complaint:
hello i booked a holiday with ,, on the beach. the flights i as unaware of check in,, no reminder. i paid £140 for not doing this. i am very upset as it i half of our pension. please will you reconsider this. as i would be booking again, in the future. i had a problem when i first tried to do the booking on line.thank you mrs p bushnell.fr9083. departure.
