My complaint:

I chose the flight from Porto to Paris (Beuveais) for the 22nd of january 2020 and in the end bought 2 tickets (one for me and other for my girlfriend) for the 23rd, because when I picked the option for the desired day, it appeared the following day and it wouldn´t that you were in the right page. The thing is that I was totally misguided by the mobile website and ended buying a service I don´t want and won´t use for the 23rd of january. After I received the ation for the 23rd, I sent an email for Itinerary@ryanair.com and complained in the plataform, but with no response. As I bought another 2 tickets for the same time, but for the 22nd after all this huge error, I hope to be totally refunded regarding those first 2 tickets of the 23rd of january.
The number of the flight is FR9135, which leaves at 7:00am of january 23rd.

Total refund regarding the two tickets of the 23rd of january 2020.
