RyanAir complaint: can’t get a refund

My complaint:

2 ryanair flights were canceled and they will not refund my money unless I send them a copy of my photo ID, my signature, the top of my bank statement with my IBAN and BIC and my booking ation. I am not happy sharing all of this personal information with them. Data Protection Commision agree that it is an excessive amount of information and suggested asking Ryanair what legal basis they have for requiring it. To date I have not had a response to any phone calls, emails, live chat or a letter.

Suggested solution:

They should refund my money to the card I paid out on.
