My complaint:

my stimulus check was deposited on my card which expired on 112020 when i tried to get a new card issued to me they keep saying the information i provided don’t match the records they had me send in my DL my Birth Certificate SS card and proof of address along with a hand written letter i have been sending this information every week and every time i do a live chat with someone (thats the only way you can speak with someone) they saying they never received the documents or they was rejected when I have numerous case s from when is sent the information I just want my money off the card i even asked them to send it to me in a check form and they refused they have numerous copies of my information i dont know what else to do when they keep telling me the same thing over and over

issue me a check for the amount on the expired card to my home address
