My complaint:
Someone hacked one of my cards with rush card and they froze my account with all my funds on it. I got a new card in the mail and they still want allow me to transfer my funds to the new card. It’s a struggle for me being a single parent already. I got behind in bills and everything due to the freeze on my account. I would like for them to release on my funds please.
