My complaint:

It’s VERY HARD to get a person on the phone when I call. Also there are a lot of cards on file that I used in the past. They are inactive and I want them removed. It’s very confusing and looks too cluttered. Can’t be useful.

Suggested solution:

Remove old inactive cards please!! Not make it so hard to contact a live person when we call
