Complaint: Won’t help me with my issue with the rush card

My complaint:

I have a account with rush card and my check goes to them direct deposit. I have been with them some years and my card doesn’t work anymore due to the strip has faded on the back. I called to asked for a replacement to be mailed to my regular address on file and they asked me several questions that I answered correctly except for the phone number that I started out with when I purchased the card. I have had my number changed several times since I had this card. I asked them were there any security questions could they give me to answer they said no and I asked to speak to a supervisor and they said no. I hung up and called again and spoke to another representative that said fax them a copy of my ID and the new number and they would send a new card and when I called back they say they haven’t received the fax 4 hours later I called again and still they haven’t received this fax. I am fed up and tired of the run around with Rush Card. I either want another card or I will call social security to reverse my money back to them. This is terrible to go through this. There have to be other options to get people their money.

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

Give security questions and be patient with the customers instead of hanging up or not come back to the line. It’s frustrating.
