My complaint:

I always get my taxes deposited to Rush-Card every year. This year the amount was a little more than usual. According to them, they had my funds for a while. However, they only notified me the day of (February 24, 2022) that I have a pending deposit and to give them a call. It is hard trying to reach someone to begin with. Once I reached someone, they told me to upload my information online, which I did. Then was told that my birthday doesn’t match my account, but I don’t have access to change my DOB. The next day, I received a message stating that my funds have been sent back. Although, I turned in all of the required information. They have done this to many others as well. They just updated the automatic phone system to make people aware of the pending deposits but what is the point if they are going to send the funds back anyways? It’s like they aren’t even looking at the information, they also don’t have it nowhere on their website, the limit for direct deposits or ACH transfers.

Once, I receive my funds, I will be officially closing the account after being with them since 2012.
