My complaint:
I have been calling Rush Card since I found out that my tax refund was at Meta Bank and I haven’t been able to talk to anyone. On the automated system it says to upload documents and I did that (had to re upload because i put the wrong info in) I just re uploaded my documents again for the third time. I have called Meta bank and I know that my money is there and has been since Feb.22,2022 and all it keeps saying is it will be posted in 48 hrs. that time line has passed already. I can never get in contact with anyone to speak to live at all. The way that Rush Card can fix it is look at the documents that I have uploaded and check all information with the account number and make my money available to me ASAP!!!!! I have gotten in contact with Complain.biz concerning this issue because I have been dealing with this for the past week and a half, all I want is my money.
