My complaint:
ok so some how my card was blocked because they said someone called in and said my card was lost and now the card is blocked and has my rent money on it and i cant do nothing to get it off i have been calling rush card numerous of times to still get the same results because i don t know the number that i set up my account with which was years ago so i don t know the number and i have sent in documents such as proof of address and a photo of my id and a request letter alos my social security card and nothing has seemed to help its really frustrating i just wont my money off the card so i can just be done with rushcard all together i have never went through so much just to get an replacement card this ridiculous and im to the point where i want to involve law enforcement and send a letter to the news to get this out there that rush card is full of bs and for no one to use them for future references
Suggested solution:
send me another card so i can get my money off or i will do a lawsuit to get my money back
