Rushcard still hasn’t deposit my refund the IRS sent it to my rushcard account and I still haven’t received it I have 5 kids I really need this money I have bills please help use thx

They sent my refund back to theIRS without notifying me of information and they needed needed in order for me me to receive my deposit…. A new policy this year that they arent notifying they’re Long Loyal customers about…. I’ve been with Rushcard for 16years (since 2006) and I must say this was VERY IGNORANT UNPROFESSIONAL & NOT TO MENTION SICKENING OF THEM. NOW I HAVE TO Wait 6WEEKS FOR A PAPER CHECK IN THE MAIL….
