My complaint:

I’ve been calling Rush card for about 4 weeks just to get a check mailed to me to get access to my remaining funds.. I misplace my debit card and originally asked to have another card sent or to have my password reset so I could login to the website to have my monies sent to my brother whom is also a cardholder… they said without the card I couldn’t do anything which is crazy, I don’t have these problems with my real bank.. it should be much easier than the steps they created just to get access to your own money.. so now the asked me to write a letter, send in a bill with my updated address, and my social security card so I can have my address updated so I can have a check sent to me with my remaining funds.. it’s taking so long for them just to update my address now, but when I just sent in a regular piece of mail and not a utility bill, they instantly looked at it and denied it, second time I sent in a utility bill and now they have me waiting to update address so I can get my check sent.. the customer service sucks and they don’t help you.. you can’t reach a rep unless you lost your card which is unacceptable for this to be a business where people have they’re monies…this company needs to go out of business!!!

Update my address ASAP and mail my check, it don’t take that long to update adddress and close this account!!!
