RushCard complaint: Contacting a live persondirect deposit

My complaint:

I am so upset because I am unable to speak to a live person. On the website, you can go to help but it still does not resolve my issue. I call on the phone and speaking to a live agent is not even an option. This is horrible. I have been working with the same company for over 4 years and have been getting my direct deposit no later than Thursday early morning. Today, Thursday, April 7th, 2022 – I did not receive my direct deposit. I have received my paycheck stub and my funds should have hit my account by now. There is no way to communicate with anyone to if the deposit is posting or pending. I will be getting rid of this card and finding another way to get my funds that I work hard for. This is a very stressful time and working paycheck to paycheck, I will be late on paying some of my bills.

Suggested solution:

They need to have a chat available on their website and an option on the phone to speak to a live person. This is unbelievable!!
