My complaint:
I called about a transaction on my account on April 11, 2022 the representative was very very nasty towards me he did not listen to anything that I was asking or saying to him he locked my card when I had already asked the first representative that transferred me over there and he said that they were not going to lock my car that’s the only car that I get my direct deposit on I’ve been with RushCard for over 10 years and they were very disrespectful and I asked him can I speak to a supervisor and they refused to let me speak with a supervisor told me that As Supervisor down handle those type of complaints and also told me that it would be better to lose a customer it was very unacceptable
Suggested solution:
This is not the first time I’ve had a disrespectful representative they need to listen to the customer and they should get a supervisor and not have smart remarks
