My complaint:

I have a Rushcard account that I haven’t actively used in over a year now and have lost my card. At the time I last used my card I was living in Illinois. I now live in SC and I need a new card sent to my new address because my Stimulus Check was deposited to this account. I have tried numerous times sending documents to verify my identity and place of residence by email,live chats, faxing and talking to them over the phone since April and stilltill I have gotten nowhere with them same runaround. They keep asking for things I don’t have and the documents that are acceptable on the list that I did send they are saying are not clear. Or act as if they weren’t sent. Please help. This is wrong they are trying to keep my money. So done with rush card.
