My complaint:

I was supposed to have my money deposited into my account on Friday, July 25th 2020. My name is Lance Peterson. (1) Early that day I spent 4 hours trying to speak to a customer service rep and hours trying to log into your on line mobile app system, but could not get through???(2) Your on line tech reps as you questions and give you 5 seconds to answer before disconnecting the call??. My complaint s are? Where is my money? and non contact issues when I am trying to find out where my money is. I spoke to a manager at Meta Bank and he said they did their tasks. Again where is my money? Are you holding it? This is an urgent issue. You have been putting money into this acct for years. My number is 9174468794

1 year ago - During these hard times 884.00 is alot of money to us non rich struggling people. Where is my money? When and how will I get it???
