RushCard complaint: Replacement rushcard

My complaint:

Been trying since beginning of the year to get my replacement card because the one I had expired in Feb 2020.
Had to jump thru too many hoops to get my own DAMN money.
Sentfaxed all information needed and still can’t get any resolution to this issue.
All they tell me is go to their website but I can’t even get into the sure to get anything done.
On top of this issue, there is $200 missing from my account which was and still is locked so how the hell did the money come up missing?

Suggested solution:

I would like my new replacement card so I can withdraw my paychecks that have been stuck there since December 2019.
As a long time member of 12 years I deserve a bit more cooperation and RESPECT AS A CARD HOLDER.
ON SECOND THOUGHT JUST SEND ME A CHECK FOR MY WHOLE $1400.00 AND CANCEL MY ACCOUNT.
