My complaint:
I had two pending charges that come from scotchman for gas. They got their money but the $91$37.13 was in pending until today now its just gone Called customer service they could not give me any explanation they told me I had to go online. I told them that their app would shut down everytime i tried. They gave me no answers and mo help. I can plainly see that scotchman got their 37.13 20.02……so where is my money that was pending?

They could at least tell me where my money went. About a year ago they yook$40 some dollats from me and told me i owed it cause i overspent....but we all know that on a prepaid card you cant spend what you dont have....Only proof I have Is coworkerAnd familyThat I showedWhat was in pending, dates, and what was spent.
