My complaint:

I had to unauthorized charges on my account that I filed a dispute with, with rushcard card and after almost 30 days I received the incorrect amount about and I called and let them know that and now its been almost 3 months since I let them know I didn’t get the correct amount back and still haven’t had my issue resolved.
