My complaint:
They’re holding a deposit of mine from unemployment of $13,364 saying that they need to validate verification but I have already sent it and they are telling me nobody can help me and they will not release my deposit.
Suggested solution:
Simply release my deposit I have had this bank account for 3 years in good standing
