My complaint:

I filed a complaint in January for fraudulent charges and rush card denied my claim. So I sent a rebuttal letter and proof and waited almost 6 months for them to say that had no proof the company was fake. Even though they could not locate or contact the so called company. They then told me to contact the fake company.

Suggested solution:

Refund my money..thats why it's fdic insured
