My complaint:
Tried to transfer funds to wife’s card an they locked my account. Chated with them several times. Have no phone. So I sent proof it was me. DMV ssi card, ssi benefits letter, sent 3 of my utilities Bill’s for proof
I emailed 4 time they said they could not find it. Yet they answered with a return email that they received info. Still my account is locked. I’m 66 an on ssi an my ssi is direct deposit with them
Had there service 10 years now. Jerry Howard with no funds. Just want my money.
Suggested solution:
Unlock my account so I can get my ssi money.bills to pay!!
