RushCard complaint: Every customer service rep is saying something different

My complaint:

I have a deposit over 10k and was told to upload my ID,SS card and documents. So I done that and they said everything was accepted. So I called and ask the next step. Was told it was escalated and it be may6 this was @8:30am 5-21-21. I called back @1:00pm to question why it will be may 6th. Customer service rep said no it’s 6 hours. So to call back later and ask was it 6hrs from my earlier conversation with a customer service rep was told no it’s 6hrs from 1:00pm 5-21-21 from the time I just called
back. So I ask so a total of 12hrs was told no 6hrs from 1. I ask why and got no answer other then it was escalated to cooperate. By now I very upset cause I don’t know what is going on and I’ve been having serval accounts with rush card since 2015.

Suggested solution:

Customer service should b on the same page with information because it’s upsetting as a customer to not know when your money will be available.
