Complaint: Release of my funds back to my account

My complaint:

I was traveling through Expedia to Bolder Colorado and there was a problem with Expedia so I used my Rushcard to fulfill a payment.Expedia then refunded me my money and I have the receipt to show payment was made.They told me Rushcard should be able to transfer that payment and load it back on my Rushcard it’s been almost 3 weeks since I’ve been back home and my balance is still at zero.

Suggested solution:

Transfer my money that Expedia has already ready sent to them.(Rushcard)I’ve already posted my complaint.So I will not be using this card nor will I advise anyone else to.
