My complaint:

I had fraudulent charges made on my account in the amount of 2,745.31 from Google which I do not use. I made a police report and even a rebuttal letter along with all other documents that Rushacrd ask of me. They kept pushing it off after me calling multiple times and eventually told me that there was NO ERROR! I am livid and this is right before Christmas. I am so upset and so dissatisfied with RushCard. I am pulling my money out and never using their services ever again. Do not use them they don’t care about you or protecting your money.
