My complaint:
On 100720 i made a bill pay transaction. About 102020 I noticed it wasn’t paid. I contacted rush card customer service and requested cancellation. To this date of 112020 i still haven’t gotten my money returned to me. Several calls have been made and no action has been taken on Rush’s part to get this taken care of. I will be taking my banking else where just as soon as i get my money back from them. I suggest others look else where for online banking needs. Rush is horrible

Give my money back with compensation for incurred late fees on bills that have suffered because of Rush's negligence
