My complaint:

My name is Reginale Davis, my card is about to expire the end of August, I am unable to contact customer service, so that I can change my address, and replace old email address that u have on record. My new address is 2600 Tyrell Dr Apt F, St.Louis, MO 63136, I can’t get on mobile app and can’t get access online, I’ve been with your organization for over 10 years and this is the 1st time for any issue with you. I need someone to contact me from Customer service as soon as possible. Thank you

Change my address from 9600 Halls Ferry Rd apt 204, St.Louis, MO 63136, to 2600 Tyrell Dr Apt F, St. Louis Missouri 63136 and send me a new Rush card to my new address, also change my email address from to I EXPECT to be contacted by you or I will cease all my funds from your organization.
