My complaint:
Rush card just closed my account with know notice at all and my direct deposot was going in that account the next day so therefore i could not get my paycheck and had to then notify my employer to stopp all further deposit to tjis account i have been woth rush card for 10 years and this is the worst customer service ever andvyou cant even speak to a live person with th wrt e phone service its nobway they should still be in business treating people like this with there hard earned money please help get them exposed and out of business
Suggested solution:
Stop closing peoples account without notification and have live peoplevyou xan speak to not a chat when its a serious issue this is not how you treat people
