My complaint:
My employer deposited a check for 800.00 plus for the week ending 72520. That money normally goes into my account 2 days earlier. As of Friday 72520, the money is not in the account. I cannot access my acct on lunch be due to some issues or speak to a rep to find out what the issue is?????. I need my money. Customers need to be able to access there accounts if they cannot get through on line. I will get my money. I am willing to go to the next step if required. My name is Lance Peterson

Allow me to be able to speak to a live rep, if I cannot access the website to obtain a status on my account. I am sure that the website is not 100 percent error free
