Complaint: Card deactivated after filing a dispute

My complaint:

I called rushcard to file a dispute on a transaction I did not recognize. The agent Cherry was ver rude and over talked me during my whole conversation. After the dispute was filed she deactived my card without my knowledge and left me without a PENNY to my name. During these hard times this is not a good process and left me without anything to feed my family. While I got a bit agitated and stated DONT CANCEL MY FUCKEN CARD She stated a script about me cursing and disconnected the call on me. Mind you prior to that I waited on hold for a half hr to then be bounced around from one department to another. This company is so unprofessional and ignorant and have NO COMPASSION FOR ANYONE WITH ISSUES. NO EMPATHY. I RUSHED TO THE ATM TO GET MY MONEY OUT QUICKLY BEFORE THE CARD DEACTIVES AND SURE ENOUGH. THE LAST TIME MY CARD WAS DISPLACED I HAD TO GEY A REPLACEMENT AND I TOOK A WHOLE MONTH TO RECEIVE……DO NOT DI BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. .THEY ARE FRAID AND CROOKS. THIS IS ONE OF MANY WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD WITH THESE PEOPLE.

REACTIVATE MY CARD AND GIVE ME MY DAMN MONEY OF MY TRANSACTION THAT WAS NOT AUTHROIZED
