RushCard complaint: Money missing

My complaint:

Every time I spend money off my card an I call my account there is more money gone then I spent this has been going on awhile I have been with rushcard since I believe 2013 I have not been able to change my email because I now have a different phone number an I don’t remember old one u all have, I was told to send proof who I am an have gotten no results .

Suggested solution:

I don\'t know find out why this keeps happening and what the problem is ,I would really like to close my account let me know what can happen an then I\'ll go forward.

I need yall to put my 133.00 back on my card our I’m going end up suing the company for taking my money off my card
