My complaint:

My card expired jan 2020 and at the end of the month I was suppose to receive another card. However the card never came in the mail. I called rushcard verified my address was correct and was told to pay 5.00 to request a replacement card. I paid the fee a d was told 7-10 days to get the replacement card. When I logged onto their app I could see the replacement card had been added. I waited 1 month and the card never came in the mail. I contacted rushcard again and explained the card never came. I was then told that it was mailed out. I said to the Representative that I had not received the card because if I had it would of been activated. I was told again to pay 5.00 for a replacement card. I refused because I had just completed this process and never received the card. I asked to speak to a supervisor or to escalate this up the chain to request the 5.00 fee be waived and I was told that could be done but I would have to pay the 5.00 and if the request was approved then my 5.00 would be returned. I refused because I had just paid 5.00 1 month previous when I shouldnt of had to. Its 4 months later and I still have not received any correspondence from them about my card. I have 1000.00 that I can not access and cant move to any other card because the card its sitting on I never received to activate.

Suggested solution:

Either give me the card or get me a solution as how to transfer my money to my other account. I just want my money to pay my rent.
