My complaint:

Case -02680735 The cardholder is deceased and I am the next of kin. I have been trying since June to resolve this issue. I was notified 71621 that all documents had been received and accepted to address this issue. I was told it would be escalated to the review process.

Suggested solution:

I would like for this account to be closed and I like a refund on his balance which is $2480.00. I can’t believe the number of phone calls and emails that have been made and sent. It’s now August and have not received any information stating that this situation is in the process of being resolved. If I don’t hear anything Friday from Rushcard, I’m going to look into civil investigation.
