RushCard complaint: Someone stole money off my card online.

My complaint:

I found charges on my rushcard and I called and emailed rush card to file a dispute. They sent me a link to download a copy to a affidavit. I made a copy the next day and mailed it and it was within the ten days that they require. Then I get a email saying that the papers haven’t been received within the ten days and this was only the third day. I emailed rush just to get an automated response back. Then I get the affidavit in the mail and the date was the day I called and the next day was my tenth day so I faxed it to them. Then the next day I received a letter in the mail saying that my claim was not an error and the money that was stolen wouldn’t be credited back to me. REALLY?? I’m so angry about this runaround. I have been a customer since2013 and this is the fourth time that this has happened to me. I will be telling people to stay so far from this company because they are a bit joke! And will rob you blind and this is the last month that I’m going to be a customer I put in a change for a different direct deposit and now they have really done a number on me I have double charges on my card for stuff Ive bought and I’m not very thrilled about this one and can’t wait to see what they have to say and do about this one. I can imagine what they will do.

Suggested solution:

Give me back the money that someone used from my account it wasn't me doing these charges. And to fix the double charges I found.
