Complaint: Can’t change or update email

My complaint:

The customer service keeps telling me they can’t update my email but they have my information. I can’t login in or change my login I no longer have that email. Everything that is sent I can’t get like the code to log in. My email is no longer b.renee403 it is renee.barco@yahoo.com. All I want to do is set up my correct stuff. I am in need of a lawyer because I feel like I am getting linked about this card and not getting to have the opportunity to change my email. But you all have my personal information no problem. This is becoming a problem.

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

Allow me to update my email retrieve my account log in. I don't have access to the old email anymore. I have changed NY email everywhere else and receive my stuff except Rush card.
