My complaint:

There was money returned 2 me on my card that has expired. I have been trying to call the card. I put in numbers off the card last 4 digits of my ss. It keeps saying that it doesn’t recognize my ss. I have not used the card in a long time was not expecting any money returned to me. Due to the pandemic, a partial deposit was returned from a cruise. I have sent a letter with NO REPLY. Each month my money is being taken for monthly fees!!!! It started as $67 now its like $51. I need my ENTIRE $67. I DO NOT WANT RUSHCARD ANYMORE! I JUST WANT MY MONEY!!!!!!!! Its HORRIBLE THAT I CAN’T SPEAK WITH ANYONE TO GET THIS MATTER RESOLVED! My telephone number is 248 636 0450!!!! I NEED TO HEAR FROM SOMEONE ASAP. Thanks in advance
