My complaint:

I’ve waited a long time to get my account fixed. All I need is to update my info being that I No longer live in the state of Texas. I’ve been in Savannah, Georgia now for 2 years and recently like 3 months ago started recieving deposits from the cold support division. I was given specifics on what to send in and sent it like 4 times, this time it was recieved but Mariecris just told me that it’s not approved yet because she wants me to send in more information that I was unaware of. For goodness sake! It’s been 2 years. They have everything in order to update my info like my letter stating the old address, what my new address is, along with my new phone number, my ID and Social Security number. I don’t understand what the problem is.

Suggested solution:

I would like for my information to be updated with what I provided because, that's what I was told to send in and, a new card issued to me at my new address so I can access my funds that I Need.
