My complaint:

If you have a deposit of over $10,000.00, do not let it get deposited to your rushcard as they make you jump through hoops in trying to get access to your funds. You have to send a copy of your ID, SS and a DD validation letter, which takes them 1-2 days and they will tell you that your letter in not valid and hold on to your money even longer.

Suggested solution:

Have better customer service an people that knows how the banking world works. It would be nice if they would release my funds to my card.
